For his performances Eboman wanted to have more flexibility on stage and to be able to create audiovisual compositions live without being captured behind a big technical set-up, seperating him from the crowd.
What we did
We built a full-body motion capture suit that registers body movements and sends these to the computer by wireless link. This ‘SenSorSuit’ consists of 10 flex sensors, 8 touch sensitive sensors and 8 switches.
With this interface Eboman can record video samples, trigger video beats and melodies, control audiovisual 3D effects, video scratch, control his sequencer and send show control messages while interacting with his audience.
